Each semester we hire between 12 and 18 students to help us run our programs. We have positions available for Intramural Referees/Officials, Drop In Supervisors, and at our Front Office. Office Staff

Our office staff works at our front desk providing customer service and support to our participants, and administrative support to our programs. Our office is open Monday - Thursday from 10am to 10pm, and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and we need assistance at our front desk during all of those hours.

Intramural Sports Officials

The Recreational Sports Program needs 10 to 15 officials every semester. We are looking for students who have time to commit two to eight hours per week working as an official and to attending three to four evening trainings per semester. The trainings will consist of meeting with the other officials who are working in your sport and discussing rules, policy, mechanics, and how to handle difficult situations. We are looking for responsible, self-motivated individuals who can take constructive criticism, apply feedback, and have a desire to be challenged and continually improve.

Hours would be Monday - Thursday from 7pm to 10 pm.

Drop-In/Intramural Supervisors

The Drop-In Supervisors open facilities, check ID's, monitor the safety of participants, write reports as needed, and secure facilities.Typical hours are listed below.

Monday - Thursday 7pm to 10 pm

Sundays - 1pm to 4pm

Event Staff

Help with setup and management of home games for our Club teams. Sports include Rugby, Volleyball, Lacrosse, and others depending on the season. These positions will help with general setup, scorekeeping, equipment management during the game, and cleanup after the game ends. These positions generally work on evenings and weekends, so won't conflict with most class schedules. We need 2 to 4 workers per game, and have about 10 home games a year.
